Inside Sales Account Executive

  • Responsibilities:
    • Initiating telephone calls to new and current business customers regarding Yellow Pages and Internet advertising new customers leads are provided.
    • Discussing customers business strategies with them and develops advertising programs to meet their needs utilizing custom software applications.
    • Handling detailed paperwork, completes contract and follows up to ensure billing and artwork needs are handled and use computers for order entry.
    • Meeting aggressive sales quotas/objectives and post daily sales results.
    • Contacting delinquent accounts for payment when necessary.
    • Utilizing state-of the art media planning tools.
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to achieve, and desire to surpass, individual and team sales targets
    • Strong listening and probing skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, deadline-driven work environmen
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Internet proficiency
    • Willingness to accept a base plus commission position
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
    • Experience with outbound telephone sales and/or telemarketing preferred
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Ability to attend world class sales training in Dayton, Ohio for three weeks
